On the occasion of 60 years of diplomatic relations between Germany and Israel, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy, Katherina Reiche, visited Israel together with a joint political and business delegation to further strengthen bilateral ties and explore new opportunities for cooperation.

The delegation was led by the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie in close cooperation with the German Embassy Tel Aviv, the Deutsche Energie-Agentur GmbH (dena) and AHK Israel

A special highlight for our chamber was the participation of representatives from a wide range of industries and sizes, and especially the attendance of our DIHK President Peter Adrian

The visit brought together highly interesting companies, startups, and stakeholders from future-oriented and strategic key industries. Discussions focused on forward-looking topics such as Quantum Technologies, Security, and Technology Transfer. The signing of several MOUs between German and Israeli partners further demonstrated the concrete outcomes of this visit.

We look forward to continuing this momentum and turning dialogue into lasting cooperation between the two countries.
