Tel Aviv University and the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology have secured positions in the top 10 of PitchBook’s 2025 global ranking of undergraduate programs producing the most venture capital-backed entrepreneurs.

Tel Aviv University and the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology have secured positions in the top 10 of PitchBook’s 2025 global ranking of undergraduate programs producing the most venture capital-backed entrepreneurs. Tel Aviv University maintains its seventh place, marking its consistent performance, while the Technion has risen six spots to tenth. These institutions join the ranks of renowned universities such as the University of California, Berkeley, Stanford University, and Harvard University. Tel Aviv University has produced 865 graduate-founders who have established 736 companies, raising a total of $30 billion over the past decade. The Technion, with its expanded entrepreneurship programs, continues to play a pivotal role in Israel's innovation landscape.
