NVIDIA and Sheba Medical Center have announced a three-year collaboration to develop advanced AI models designed to decode previously hidden patterns in the human genome. The partnership seeks to uncover disease-related signals in genomic regions that remain poorly understood and to advance early detection and personalized medicine.

As part of the initiative, NVIDIA will provide its accelerated computing platform, enabling researchers to train large-scale models on genomic datasets. Sheba will contribute clinical expertise and research capabilities through its ARC Innovation Center. Together, the teams aim to identify genetic markers that traditional analytical tools have struggled to detect and to translate these insights into improved clinical decision-making.

The collaboration will operate both in Israel and internationally, with joint work focusing on building and validating the genomic AI models over the coming years. Both organizations emphasized the potential of combining cutting-edge computation with clinical research to drive meaningful progress in precision healthcare.
