Israel and the United States are set to establish a joint science and technology center focused on artificial intelligence and quantum science, with a total investment of $200 million. The initiative, led by Israel’s Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) and the Virginia-based Luminate Accelerator, will launch in 2026 with hubs in Tel Aviv and Arlington, Virginia. Both governments are expected to contribute $20 million per year until 2030. The goal is to strengthen US–Israel cooperation in key technologies and to potentially expand partnerships to include regional players in the Middle East under the Abraham Accords.
